What You Can Do to Help: We are requesting businesses and individuals to sponsor the event and donate prizes to be used in the online auction.  Past donors have contributed a wide variety of merchandise, behind-the-scenes tours, invitations to exclusive events, other special items, and gift certificates.  

All donations are tax-deductible.  As a prize donor, you will receive the following benefits:

• Acknowledgement in the prize description in the online auction;

• Recognition when prizes are awarded;

• Other promotional opportunities that may be arranged with the FCBA.

The deadline for prize submission is Wednesday, October 8, 2025.

There are 3 ways to give:

1. Donate an Item: Fill out the web form below with a detailed item description noting any applicable terms.

Electronic donations (e.g. gift cards, gift certificates, letters with instructions on how to claim the prize) should be emailed to Stephanie Budaker at stephanie@fcba.org.

Physical prizes should be mailed to Stephanie Budaker, FCBA Foundation, 1020 19th Street, NW, Suite 325, Washington, DC 20036. If the prize can’t be mailed via USPS, contact Stephanie Budaker to arrange for drop-off at the FCBA office.

2. Donate Auction Choice Money: You may donate money to be used for the Auction Committee to purchase a prize. Fill out the web form below indicating that the monetary donation is to be used for Auction Choice. Print out the receipt and mail with a check made out to the FCBA Foundation OR contact Kerry Loughney (kerry@fcba.org) for a credit card payment link.

3. Donate Money Directly to the Auction Proceeds: Please CLICK HERE to be taken to the form to make a direct monetary contribution to the auction. Note there will also be an opportunity to make a Personal Pledge during the Live Auction Appeal portion of the event.

Prize donations of any value may be “bundled” with other prizes for inclusion in the auction. Cash donations are accepted and may be used toward the purchase of auction prizes or added directly to the auction proceeds at the Auction Committee’s discretion.
